Nov 12 works and we would like it to be participatory - similar to the set-up at the Grange Hall. I just found out today about my work situation but I understand action needed to be taken. See you Nov 12!

We don't need to split the bucket w/ the hall. We're happy w/ food. I am waiting to figure out if I need to work that second Friday in Oct. I'll let you know as soon as I do.

Thanks for the email...I've been coordinating schedules to see who is available. A question: is Oct 8 more significant than Nov 12? I have a work obligation Oct 8 but I might be able to miss it depending on the importance of the event.
